    <p xml:id="par1">Whereas the exportation of silver in the form of Bullion only <lb xml:id="l1"/>occasions the coyning considerable quantities <del type="over">of</del><add place="over" indicator="no">th</add>ereof by the Indians <lb xml:id="l2"/>in such Ports of the East Indies where the Merchants tradeing to the <lb xml:id="l3"/><del type="strikethrough">East Indies</del> those countries have not a <del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">M</add>int of their own for which <lb xml:id="l4"/>coynage the Indians receive of the <del type="strikethrough">Indians</del> Merchants a considerable <lb xml:id="l5"/>seigniorage or Duty at discretion, and whereas the bringing<del type="cancelled"><unclear reason="del" cert="low">s</unclear></del> of <del type="strikethrough">bullion</del><add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">forreign</add> <lb xml:id="l6"/><add place="supralinear lineBeginning" indicator="yes">silver</add> to the Mint may tend to <del type="cancelled">the</del> increase <del type="cancelled">of</del> the coyn of this kingdom and <lb xml:id="l7"/>the coynage of such <del type="strikethrough">Bullion</del><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">silver</add> in England will be encouraged by <lb xml:id="l8"/>giving liberty to export so much money by weight and no more <lb xml:id="l9"/>as shall be coyned out of such forreign silver and the said monies <lb xml:id="l10"/>by circulating in England till exportation will be usefull to the <lb xml:id="l11"/>Merchant and be an addition to the coyn of this kingdom and so <lb xml:id="l12"/>much thereof as shall at any time be exported will by circulating <lb xml:id="l13"/>in forreign countries make this kingdome appear abroad more rich <lb xml:id="l14"/>and potent then at present to the great credit of the English <lb xml:id="l15"/>nation: Be it enacted by the authority aforesaid <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>
