    <p xml:id="par3"><hi rend="large">T</hi>he Lords Iustices Command me to <lb xml:id="l1"/>signify their directions to You to permitt the <lb xml:id="l2"/>setting up a Mint in such part of the Castle of <lb xml:id="l3"/>Chester as shall be convenient for that purpose <lb xml:id="l4"/>in order to the speedy recoining of the Clipt money: <lb xml:id="l5"/><hi rend="large">Y</hi>ou are also to give all persons concerned therein <lb xml:id="l6"/>free Entrance and assist at all fitt times for the <lb xml:id="l7"/>more Effectuall carrying on of this Work, Which <lb xml:id="l8"/>being of so great Consequence to the Publick, Their <lb xml:id="l9"/>Excellencys would have you take care, that all <lb xml:id="l10"/>possible dilligence, be used by the Labourers <lb xml:id="l11"/>workmen &amp; <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">all</add> others employed, and from time to time <lb xml:id="l12"/>represent to the Lord Commissioners of the Treasury <lb xml:id="l13"/>What shall appear necessary to You for the further<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l14"/>ing &amp; promoting this service. <hi rend="large">I</hi> am</p>
