<p rend="indent0" xml:id="par2">May it please <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice></p>
    
<p xml:id="par3">In obedience to <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order I have considered what <lb xml:id="l2"/>may be requisite for lodging her <choice><abbr>Majties</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Tin in the Mint &amp; delivering <lb xml:id="l3"/>it out at a certain price &amp; paying the money into the Exchequer, and <lb xml:id="l4"/>am humbly of opinion that I can do it <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> two Clerks added to my <lb xml:id="l5"/>own to enter the number &amp; weight of the Blocks of Tin received <lb xml:id="l6"/>&amp; delivered &amp; compute the price keep an account of incidents, &amp; <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l7"/>so many Porters as shall be necessary upon occasions, one of <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">ch</hi></abbr><expan>which</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l8"/>may be constant if continual attendance shall be required; and <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l9"/>the use of the Master &amp; Worker's Offices &amp; Rooms so far as they <lb xml:id="l10"/>may be wanted &amp; spared from the coynage, &amp; of the Cranes of the <lb xml:id="l11"/>Office of Ordnance, &amp; liberty of carrying the Tin between Tower <lb xml:id="l12"/>Wharf &amp; the Mint over the Draw-bridge, an Officer of the <lb xml:id="l13"/>Customes being directed to attend the ships there.</p>
    
    <p xml:id="par4">Some things are also to be provided as Scales &amp; Weights <lb xml:id="l14"/>Sledges &amp; Pulleys &amp; Stamps for <choice><sic>numbring</sic><corr>numbering</corr></choice> the Blocks. And it <choice><sic>may<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l15"/>be</sic><corr>may <lb xml:id="l16"/>be</corr></choice> convenient that their weight be stamped on them either in  <lb xml:id="l17"/>Cornwall or at their Receipt in the Tower.</p>
    
<p xml:id="par5">And since the Tin is to be delivered out at a certain price <lb xml:id="l18"/>I am humbly of opinion that the Blocks should be delivered as <lb xml:id="l19"/>they come to hand without giving leave to the Merchant to <lb xml:id="l20"/>pick &amp; chuse, setting aside only unlawfull Blocks to be reexamin<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l21"/>ed by your <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order <del type="strikethrough">&amp; remelted</del> if any shall occurr<del type="over">.</del><add place="over" indicator="no">,</add> <lb xml:id="l22"/><add place="lineBeginning supralinear" indicator="yes">&amp; remelted or otherwise disposed of.</add> And that the Tin be delivered only for ready money, &amp; <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">the money</add> be paid <lb xml:id="l23"/>into the Exchequer as often as it rises to a certain summ to <lb xml:id="l24"/>be named by <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice>, &amp; accounted for annually.</p>
