I have considered & examinedperused his MajtsMajestys Warrant the Vouchers of Mr IJames Girards Bill hereunto annexed for engraving of a seal of silver for the Bahama Islands, wchwhich Bill your LordpsLordships were pleased to referr to the principal Officers of his MatiesMajesties Mint on & wchwhich came to my hands in the end of September last, & I humbly certify your LordpsLordships that I find themthe Seal right according to the directions of his MatiesMajesties Warrant & the work very good & by the voucher of Certificate of Holies Newcastle Es encloslosed that the same was sent to George Phenney Es Governour of thosethe said Islands. And I find also that before it was sent it was weighed in the Mint & it weight was found of tahe weight expressed in the Bill & the price of the silver set down in the Bill answers to its weight. AndI find also that the price of the workmans is reasonable being someas low or a little lower then in proportion to the prizeds all heretofore allowed for yethe workmanship of seals of like sizes. All wchwhich is most humbly submitted to yoryour LopsLordships great wisdome.

In obedience to your LordpsLordships Order of reference of 25 Iune delivered to meone of us in the end of September, concerning a new double silver seal made by Mr IJames Girard for the his MajtiesMajesties Bahama Islands in America, II we have perused his MajtsMajestys warrant for making the same & the certificate of the delivery thereof pursuant thereto; & find that the said seat by an impression taken from it & kept in the Mint I find that it duly dulyis is duly is made according to the directions of the said Warrant, & & the work very good, I have also perused the annexed certificate & by the saidme Certificate made by Holies Newcastle Esthat it was sent to George Phenny Es Governour of the said Bahama Islands. I find also that before it was sent it was weighed in the Mint &; there found of the weight expressed in Mr Geirards bill, & the price of the silver set down in the said Bill answers to its weight. I find also that tThe price of the workmanship is reasonable, it being as low or a little lower then in proportion to the prizes heretofore allowed for the workmanship of seales of the like sizes. And I meet wthwith no objection against the Bill. All wchwhich is most humbly submitted to your Lordps great wisdome. pursuant thereto & viewed seen an impression there find that it was made according to the directions of sdsaid warrant & sent to the Governour of the said Islands. And by an impression taken from it before it was sent or& kept in the Mint, I we find that the work was very good. It was weighed in the Mint before it was sent & weig there found of the weight expressed in Mr Gerards Bill, & the price of the work is reasonable in proposrtion to the prizes heretofore allowed for the workmanship of seales of the like sizes.
