                <p rend="indent15" xml:id="par7"><hi rend="large">That</hi> <hi rend="small">whereas W<hi rend="superscript">m</hi>. Hawkins late of London was executed at <lb xml:id="l6"/>the Citty of Lincoln on <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> 26<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>: day Iuly now last past for <choice><sic>Counterfiting</sic><corr>Counterfeiting</corr></choice> the current coin <lb xml:id="l7"/>of this Kingdom whereby his Estate both reall and Personall is become forfeited unto his <lb xml:id="l8"/><choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ty</hi></abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice>. And for as much as <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>:</abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Pet<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>Petitioner</expan></choice> hath been att expence and trouble in travelling and <lb xml:id="l9"/>makeing dilligent enquiry to find out his Estate hath found some Estate with writeings of <lb xml:id="l10"/>Considerable vallue which did belong to the said W<hi rend="superscript">m</hi>.
