I have spoke wthwith Mr Eyres, & his Answer is, that he can make make the experiment in a horse-mill, & within a week will deliver into the Mint an hundred weight of barrs drawn after the manner proposed by him. But a water-mill is cheaper & goes with more strength for making dispatch with fewer draughts & less wast of the metal & so enables him to perform the undertaking at a cheaper rate.
