                <p xml:id="par3"><hi rend="large"><hi rend="bold">According</hi></hi> to your <choice><abbr>Lordsh<hi rend="superscript">p's</hi>.</abbr><expan>Lordship's</expan></choice> Order of Reference of <lb xml:id="l2"/>the 8<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> instant, We have considered the Matter contained in <lb xml:id="l3"/>the Petition of M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Rich<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>. Barrow who about three years ago <lb xml:id="l4"/>was by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Peyton then Warden of the Mint Deputed to <lb xml:id="l5"/>prosecute Clippers Coyners and Vtterers of False Money, <lb xml:id="l6"/>and that a Bill of Charges for such Services for about a <lb xml:id="l7"/>year &amp; three Quarters ending at <choice><abbr>Mi<hi rend="overline">chm</hi>as</abbr><expan>Michaelmas</expan></choice> 1713 was in <lb xml:id="l8"/>December following Referred to the Officers of the Mint <lb xml:id="l9"/>which after some Abatements made by them came to the <lb xml:id="l10"/>su<choice><orig>m̄</orig><reg>mm</reg></choice> of 387<hi rend="superscript">£</hi>. 14<hi rend="superscript">s</hi>. 7<hi rend="superscript">d</hi> as they then represented in their <lb xml:id="l11"/>Report. And We are humbly of Opinion that the <lb xml:id="l12"/>said Bill be paid off out of the 400<hi rend="superscript">£</hi> per <choice><abbr>An<hi rend="overline">n</hi></abbr><expan>Annum</expan></choice> made <lb xml:id="l13"/>applicable to this service by Act of Parliament.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par4"><hi rend="large"><hi rend="bold">And</hi></hi> We are further of Opinion that M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Barrow <lb xml:id="l14"/>continue to Act in prosecuting Sarah Harris (mentioned <lb xml:id="l15"/>in his Petition) and other Offenders untill the present <lb xml:id="l16"/>Warden of the Mint return to London, and that his <lb xml:id="l17"/>Charges in prosecuting since <choice><abbr>Mi<hi rend="overline">chm</hi>as</abbr><expan>Michaelmas</expan></choice> was a Twelve <lb xml:id="l18"/>month be then stated and paid off, and the Method <lb xml:id="l19"/>of prosecuting and paying the Charges thereof be then <lb xml:id="l20"/>settled upon the same Foot as in the Lord Treasurer <lb xml:id="l21"/>Godolphins time or upon a better</p>
