                <p xml:id="par2">I have read to My Lord <choice><abbr>Tre<hi rend="overline">arer</hi></abbr><expan>Treasurer</expan></choice> Your <choice><abbr><hi rend="overline">Lre</hi></abbr><expan><unclear>Letter</unclear></expan></choice> of the 5<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> instant <lb xml:id="l3"/>wherein You<del type="cancelled">r</del> Report to His <choice><abbr>Lordp</abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> the Value <del type="over">by</del><add place="over" indicator="no">of</add> the weight &amp; fineness <lb xml:id="l4"/>of the two Riall <choice><sic>peices</sic><corr>pieces</corr></choice> of King Charles which was sent You to Examine <lb xml:id="l5"/>And his <choice><abbr>Lordp</abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> was thereupon pleased to direct that You consider and <lb xml:id="l6"/>frame some Scheme or Method for Comparing or adjusting the Value <lb xml:id="l7"/>of the said Money as may be usefull to the Gentlemen who are going as <lb xml:id="l8"/><choice><abbr>Comm<hi rend="superscript">rs</hi>.</abbr><expan>Commissioners</expan></choice> from Her <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ty</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice> to inspect into the Affaires of Spaine &amp; it being <lb xml:id="l9"/>part of the said <choice><abbr>Com<hi rend="superscript">rs</hi></abbr><expan>Commissioners</expan></choice> Instruc<choice><orig>ī</orig><reg>ti</reg></choice>ons to Enquire &amp; charge the paymaster <lb xml:id="l10"/>with the Difference between the Value of the species <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">ch</hi>.</abbr><expan>which</expan></choice> they receive <lb xml:id="l11"/>for the Forces there, and the Value of the species in <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">ch</hi></abbr><expan>which</expan></choice> they pay the <lb xml:id="l12"/>said Forces, And also the profit which has been made by recoyning <lb xml:id="l13"/>Money of a better into a worse species.
