                <p xml:id="par3"><hi rend="large">In o</hi>bedience to your Lordships Order of Reference of the 26<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>. of Iuly <lb xml:id="l2"/>last past upon the Bill hereunto Annexed of the Administratrix of M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ohn Ross <lb xml:id="l3"/>deceased late Engraver of his <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> seal, We humbly report to your Lordships <lb xml:id="l4"/>that We have considered and Examined the same, and do find by the perusal of the <lb xml:id="l5"/>several Warrants she has produced to us, that his <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ty</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice> had directed the making of <lb xml:id="l6"/><choice><sic>of</sic><corr type="noText"/></choice> the several seals in the said Bill mentioned before the death of her <lb xml:id="l7"/>husband and by seaveral Certificates and Receipts it appears that they were <lb xml:id="l8"/>delivered to the respective Offices, or Officers of state they were ordered for, and <lb xml:id="l9"/>as they have been Weighed in the Mint, that they are of the Weight expressed in <lb xml:id="l10"/><add indicator="no" place="marginLeft">/r:</add>the said bill.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par4">We further humbly certifie your <choice><abbr>Lor<hi rend="overline">dp</hi>s</abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> that we have examined the <lb xml:id="l11"/>prices of the said seales, Which we find to be the same with those allowed <lb xml:id="l12"/>to the said M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Ross in his life time for the like seals engraved in her late <lb xml:id="l13"/><choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="overline">jt</hi>ies</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Reign, and with those paid to his Predecessors; And as it appears to <lb xml:id="l14"/>us upon Examining the Impressions of the said seales, and upon comparing them <lb xml:id="l15"/>with the former remaining with us, That the work now performed by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Rooses <lb xml:id="l16"/>administratrix is good, We are humbly of opinion he may deserve the <lb xml:id="l17"/>prices sett down in the Bill amounting to one thousand two hundred twenty <lb xml:id="l18"/>six pounds give shillings and seven pence.</p>
