                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par2"><hi rend="large">May it please <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi>.</abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice></hi></p>
                
                <p xml:id="par3">I have according to your <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi>.</abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order prepared Drafts of Gold &amp; Silver <lb xml:id="l2"/>Medals of the Kings <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript"><del type="over">ie</del><add place="over" indicator="no">y</add></hi></abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice> to be distributed on the day of his <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l3"/>Coronation, &amp; herewith present the same to <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice>. The form of his <lb xml:id="l4"/><choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> face is taken from a Medall made in Germany: but Medals made <lb xml:id="l5"/>there by different Gravers are not like one another. The designe on the <lb xml:id="l6"/>Reverse relates to his <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">tys</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majestys</expan></choice> accession to the Throne on account of Religion, <lb xml:id="l7"/>&amp; represents him Defender of the faith conteined in the Scriptures, &amp; that <lb xml:id="l8"/>the Bible is still open to the people: &amp; according to the manner of the <lb xml:id="l9"/>ancient Medals of the Greeks &amp; Romans which are accounted the best <lb xml:id="l10"/>it is grave, proper simple &amp; free from reflections &amp; difficult to be <lb xml:id="l11"/>reflected upon</p>
