                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par1">After Our heart <choice><abbr>Commenda<hi rend="overline">cons</hi></abbr><expan>Commendations</expan></choice>, In pursuance of His <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ts</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majestys</expan></choice> Command <lb xml:id="l1"/>signifyed by his Warrant upon a Report made by yourself &amp; the <choice><abbr>Comptr</abbr><expan>Comptroller</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l2"/>of His Majestys Mint upon a <choice><abbr>Peti<hi rend="overline">con</hi></abbr><expan>Petition</expan></choice> of <choice><abbr>S<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>Sir</expan></choice> Richard Sandford <choice><abbr>Bar<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>.</abbr><expan>Baronet</expan></choice> Warden <lb xml:id="l3"/>of the said Mint all which are hereunto annexed. These are to direct &amp; require <lb xml:id="l4"/>you out of the summe nott exceeding Four Hundred pounds <choice><orig>ꝑ</orig><reg>per</reg></choice> <choice><abbr>a<hi rend="overline">nn</hi></abbr><expan>annum</expan></choice> authorised <lb xml:id="l5"/>by an Act 7<hi rend="superscript">mo</hi>: Annæ to be applied out of the Coynage Duty for the charge and <lb xml:id="l6"/>expence of the Officers and others employed and to be employed in the prosecution <lb xml:id="l7"/>of the Offences in counterfeiting diminishing or otherwise concerning the <lb xml:id="l8"/>current coine of Great Britaine in that part thereof called England, to pay or <lb xml:id="l9"/>cause to be paid to such person or persons as is or shall be employed by the <lb xml:id="l10"/>Warden of the said Mint as Clerk and Sollicitor for apprehending &amp; prosecuting <lb xml:id="l11"/>Clippers &amp; Counterfeiters of the Coine a sallary at the rate of Sixty pounds <choice><orig>ꝑ</orig><reg>per</reg></choice> <lb xml:id="l12"/><choice><abbr>an<hi rend="overline">n</hi></abbr><expan>annum</expan></choice> to Commence from the 29<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>: day of Iuly 1715 being the date of His Majestys <lb xml:id="l13"/>said Warrant, And also to pay or cause to be paid all such other allowances for <lb xml:id="l14"/>travelling charges and other Incidents relating to the searching for, apprehending <lb xml:id="l15"/>and prosecuting the said clippers and Counterfeiters in such manner &amp; under such <lb xml:id="l16"/><choice><abbr>regulac<hi rend="overline">ons</hi></abbr><expan>regulations</expan></choice> as are contained in the said annexed Report approved by His <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ts</hi></abbr><expan>Majestys</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l17"/>as aforesaid. And for so doing this and the said annexed Warrant &amp; Report being <lb xml:id="l18"/>first entered in the offices of His Majestys Auditors of the Mint or one of them <lb xml:id="l19"/>shall be your sufficient Warrant.
