                <p rend="center" xml:id="par1">The Informa<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">c</hi></orig><reg>ti</reg></choice>on of Elizabeth Bell the wife of George Bell <lb xml:id="l1"/>Carrman living at the end of Dyet street in Bloomsbury in S<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>. <lb xml:id="l2"/>Gyles <choice><orig>ꝑ</orig><reg>par</reg></choice>ish 11 May 1699</p>
                
                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par2">Who saith that last night Thomas Harris strong water man in the <lb xml:id="l3"/>City gave her 5 counterfeit shillings for a hood at the Kings head in <lb xml:id="l4"/>Kings street in S<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>. Gyles's parrish and the <choice><abbr>Depon<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>.</abbr><expan>Deponent</expan></choice> asking him <lb xml:id="l5"/>how he durst Venture to make such money he answer<choice><orig><hi rend="superscript">d</hi></orig><reg>ed</reg></choice> that <add place="supralinear" indicator="no">he</add> thought <lb xml:id="l6"/>she was an honest woman for he trusted his life in her hands and he <lb xml:id="l7"/>said further <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">t</hi></abbr><expan>that</expan></choice> one M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Baker and his sister's husband was to <lb xml:id="l8"/>help him and the <choice><abbr>Depon<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>.</abbr><expan>Deponent</expan></choice> asking him where he made it he said at <lb xml:id="l9"/>M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Baker's sister's house and that mr Baker was his partner <lb xml:id="l10"/>in a strong water shop and that she saw the said Thomas Harris <lb xml:id="l11"/>give the 9 counterfeit shillings above men<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">c</hi></orig><reg>ti</reg></choice>oned to the said Sarah <lb xml:id="l12"/>Woodhouse</p>
