                    I have considered the annexed Petition &amp; <del type="strikethrough">beleive</del> find that <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l3"/>Petitioner did apprehend <del type="strikethrough">&amp; prosecute</del> W<hi rend="superscript">m</hi> Haw<del type="over">p</del><add place="over" indicator="no">k</add>ins &amp; James <del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="2"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">Ha</add>rrison <lb xml:id="l4"/>&amp; by taking <del type="over">&amp;</del><add place="over" indicator="no">a</add> journe<del type="over">d</del><add place="over" indicator="no">y</add> of 36 miles to Lincoln <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">Assizes</add> &amp; staying there a <lb xml:id="l5"/>week <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> his witnesses did <del type="cancelled">conv pr</del> prosecute them to conviction &amp; the estate <lb xml:id="l6"/>he petitions for amounts to about 10<hi rend="superscript">£</hi> per <choice><abbr>an̄</abbr><expan>annum</expan></choice> <del type="cancelled">but</del> &amp; is not yet seized <lb xml:id="l7"/>for his <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ts</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> use &amp; I beleive <del type="strikethrough">it for his <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ts</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> service</del> that suitable rewards <lb xml:id="l8"/>such as may be a lease of this estate for so many years as <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>your Lordships</expan></choice> shall <lb xml:id="l9"/>think <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">fit</add> may <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">tend to</add> encourage Gentlemen in the Country to Serve his <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ty</hi></abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice> more <lb xml:id="l10"/>readily in these matters.</p>
