                    <lb xml:id="l2"/>be requ<del type="over">s</del><add place="over" indicator="no">i</add>site for lodging her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Tin in the Mint &amp; delivering 
                    <lb xml:id="l3"/>it out at a certain price &amp; paying the money into the Exchequer, 
                    <lb xml:id="l4"/>and am humbly of the opinion that it may be performed by <del type="strikethrough">any one <lb xml:id="l5"/>or more of</del> the Officer of the Mint <del type="strikethrough">under the Inspection and <lb xml:id="l6"/>Comptroll of any others</del><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">in their proper <del type="strikethrough">Posts</del> Places</add> with their <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">Deputies &amp; their</add> Clerks to enter the nubmer
                    <lb xml:id="l7"/>&amp; Weight of the Blocks of Tin received &amp; delivered &amp; compute 
                    <lb xml:id="l8"/>the price <del type="strikethrough">&amp; a Warehouse keeper <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">if wanted</add></del><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">&amp; a Ware house keeper</add> &amp; one or more Porters as there <lb xml:id="l9"/>shall be occasion<add place="supralinear" indicator="yes"><del type="strikethrough">&amp; a Cashier &amp; Warehouse keeper if wanted</del></add>: and with the use<choice><orig><add place="supralinear" indicator="no"><del type="over">③</del><add place="over" indicator="no">②</add></add></orig><reg><hi rend="superscript">②</hi></reg></choice> of the Cranes of the Office <lb xml:id="l10"/>of Ordnance<choice><orig><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">②</add></orig><reg><hi rend="superscript">②</hi></reg></choice> &amp; that<choice><orig><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">①</add></orig><reg><hi rend="superscript">①</hi></reg></choice> of the Master &amp; Worker's Officers &amp; Rooms <lb xml:id="l11"/>so far as they may be wanted &amp; spared from the coynage, <lb xml:id="l12"/><choice><orig><add place="supralinear lineBeginning" indicator="no"><del type="over">⑤</del><add place="over" indicator="no">④</add></add></orig><reg><hi rend="superscript">④</hi></reg></choice>&amp; liberty of carrying the Tin between Tower Wharf &amp; the 
                    <lb xml:id="l13"/>Mint over the draw Bridge, an Officer of the Customes being 
                    <lb xml:id="l14"/>directed to attend the ships there.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par4">Some things are also to be provided as Scales <del type="cancelled"><unclear reason="del" cert="medium">&amp;</unclear></del> Weights, Sledges<del type="cancelled">,</del> &amp; 
                    <lb xml:id="l15"/>Pulleys &amp; Stamps for numbering the Blocks. And it maybe con<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l16"/>venient that their weight be stamped on them either in Cornwall 
                    <lb xml:id="l17"/>or at their receipt in the Tower.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par5">And since the Blocks are to be delivered out at a certain 
                    <lb xml:id="l18"/>price I am humbly of opinion that the they should be delivered 
                    <lb xml:id="l19"/>a<del type="over">t</del><add place="over" indicator="no">s</add> <add place="inline" indicator="no">t</add><del type="over">a</del><add place="over" indicator="no">h</add><add place="inline" indicator="no">ey</add> <choice><orig>ce</orig><reg/></choice><del type="over">rtain</del><add place="over" indicator="no">ome</add> <del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="2"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">to</add><choice><orig><unclear reason="hand" cert="medium">ic</unclear></orig><reg> </reg></choice><del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">h</add>and without giving leave to the Merchant 
                    <lb xml:id="l20"/>to pick &amp; chuse &amp; without trust for the money (setting aside <lb xml:id="l21"/>only unlawfull Blocks to be <add place="inline" indicator="no">re</add>examined &amp; remelted if any shall <lb xml:id="l22"/>occurr) and that the money received for them be pad into <lb xml:id="l23"/>the Exchequer as often as it arises to a certain summ to <lb xml:id="l24"/>be named by <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> &amp; <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">be</add> accounted for annually</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par6">Also a skilful Pewterer who understands the sorts qualities <lb xml:id="l25"/>goodness mixtu<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="2"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">re</add>s <del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">a</add>dulterations refining <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">improving</add> &amp; merchandize of Tin <del type="cancelled">&amp;</del> <lb xml:id="l26"/><del type="strikethrough">a Cashier ma</del> may be allowed if at any time desired.</p>
