And whereas in pursuance of an address of the Commons of Great Britain in Parliament assembled to her MatyMajesty on or about the fifth day of May 1711, & by her MajtiesMajesties Warrant issued thereupon under the royal signe manual bearing date on or about yethe tenth day of the same month several parcels of wrought Plate were received into her MajtisMajesties Mint after the 14th day of May 1711 at such rates & prices as had been agreed unto by the said Commons; wchwhich rates & prices for the said plate exceeded the moneys produced by the coinage of the same by the summ of one thousand nine hundred and fifteen pounds eleven shillings & six pence wchwhich is not yet provided for: Be it further enacted that the same Deficiency or summ of one thousand nine hundred and fifteen pounds eleven shillings and six pence ~ ~ ~ ~ be supplied or made good out of the moneys wchwhich have arisen or shall arise by the Duty one wines imported, commonly called the Coinage Duty
