And whereas severalthe money c by the Act made the last session entituledentitled An Act &c the Receipt given by the Officers of the Mint for Plate

AndAnd whereas upon the votes of ho Address of the house of the house of of Commons made the Warrantto her MtyMajesty yethe last Sessions Her Majesty by her Warrant directed the Officers of the Mint to Receive Plate to be coined & toto forfor the Plate of the old standardreceive Platesamefor Plate after the rates of 5s 5d for Plate of the old standard 5s 8d for Plate of the new standard & 5 6 for plate o uncertain plate wchwhich receipts were to be take & the Receipt moneys coined out of the said Plate fell short of the said summs of money for wchwhich the said receipts were plate. was imported directed to beplate was imported givenreduced to standdstandard & the warrant be wchwhich summs exceeded the moneys coined out of the said plate by the summ of 5178. 6. 4. Be it further enacted that the deficiency of all the moneys coined out of all the Plate broughtreceived into the Mint upon her Ma5178. 6. 4 together with all by virtue of her MajtiesMajesties said Warrant be made allowed & made imp& said out of the moneys {given for coinage } & also that the charges of melting refining & coining the said plate with& all incident charges relating thereunto be paid out of the [said] moneys given for coinage.

And whereas upon the Address of the House of Commons made the last sessions to her MatyMajesty the last sessions of Parliament, Her MatyMajesty by her Warrant directed the Officers of the Mint to receive plate to be coined & to give rReceipts for the same after the rates of 5s 5d per Ounce for pPlate of yethe old standard, 5s 8d for Plate of the new standard & 5s 6d for uncertain Plate reduced to standard: [wchwhich summs exceeded the moneys coined out of the said Plate [by the summ of 5178. 6.4] Be it further enacted that the [said] Deficiency [of 51768. 6. 4] together with all charges of melting refining & coining the said Plate & all incident charges relating thereunto be paid out of the moneys given for coinage] Be it further enacted that the excess of the said Receipts or said rates above the moneys coinedproducedcoined out of the said plate, above the summs so produced be paid out of the moneys given for coinage together with all charges of melting refining & coining the said plateesame, be paid out of the moneys given for coinage.
