That for encouraging the bringing wrought Plate into the Mint to be coined there shall be allowed after y^e rate {illeg}|of| five shillings & pence {illeg}|p|er ounce standard, the same being reduced to standard by y^e gross weight of y^e plate thereof & the assay of y^e Ingots melted out of the same.

That her Ma^ty be pleased to give directions to the Master & worker of her Ma^ts Mint in y^e Tower to receive all such wrought plate as shall be brought to the {illeg}|M|int before the day of next, & give Receipts for y^e same to such persons as shall bring the same, for y^e amount thereof according to y^e rate & price agreed by the House to be allowed for such wrought plate as shall be brought to y^e Mint to be coined, & that y^e same be immediately coined into [half crowns] |shillings & sixpences & pai{illeg}|d|{illeg} into y^e recept {sic} of her| /Maj^ts Excheq^r\

That all such Receipts to be given by the M^r of|&| Worker of her Ma^ts Mint for any wrought Plate \dated/ shall be accepted & taken for the \full/ am{illeg}|o|unt thereof \in wrought money in {illeg} the con {sic}/ in any paym^ts to be made upon {illeg} any loans or any contributions {illeg}|u|pon any funds to be granted this session of Parl.

the first fift Thousand pounds thereof in t{he f}irst paym^ts the rest in any payments except the first excepting that\provided that/ those Receipts only w^ch shall be dated before {the} day of shall be accepted & taken up in the first payments into the said fund if {tendered} before y^e said paym^t be full if tended before y^e paym^t be {full}
