I understand by M^r Ward that the East India Company are willing to give 7000^li for one hundred Tunns of Tin to be paid in Exchequer Bills {sic} out of the first moneys they shall receive of your Lords^ps for salt peter \& in the same moneys/, & desire the Tin may be speedily delived|r|ed if your Lord^ps approve thereof.
