Who upon his Oath saith y^t that {sic} in or about the month of August last, he this Inform:^t hapen'd to be in Furnees fell in the company of Robert Sowerbutts late of poulton husb and upon some discourse had with the S^d Sowerbutts about one M^r Abram Sower Rawlinson, who was then in Custody of M^r Elletson Keeper of Lancaster Goale, the S^d Sowerbutts he acquainted this Inform:^t that he & M^r Elletson had found a vice Some crucibles and other Suspitious things, in the S^d M^r Rawlinsons house which Vice and Crucibles the S^d Sowerbutts shewed this Inform:^t Capt. &c^t. coram me                                Antho: Askew Willm Buckley
